Atendimento ao cliente durante o processo de embarque, gestão de tráfego e fornecedores, coordenação de despacho aduaneiro e documentação, faturação pós-entrega e atualização de sistemas. Garantir conformidade com requisitos de gestão, segurança e normas legais.
What will your functions be? Cliente: Atendimento ao cliente/agente, gestão de embarque e coordenação de entrega, além de lidar com inspeções aduaneiras e sinistros.
Tráfego: Organização de bookings, gestão de fornecedores e comunicação com companhias de navegação, garantindo o acompanhamento das operações.
Alfândega: Coordenação do despacho aduaneiro e emissão de documentos necessários.
Documentação: Preparação e envio de documentos essenciais para embarques.
Faturação: Processamento de faturas de clientes e fornecedores após a entrega da mercadoria.
Coordenação: Interação com outros departamentos e atualização de sistemas/documentação conforme requisitos legais e de gestão.
