Responsibilities
We are looking for you as a Customer Service Manager for Contract Logistics at DB Schenker in Vila do Conde - Portugal.
Role Mission
You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and organizing the team's tasks. In case of conflicts or incidents, you will take appropriate action. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with SLAs and be responsible for the office administration.
* Responsible for office administration: billing logistics & transport, supplier invoice control, and revenue and cost management.
* Ensure KPI goals are met or exceeded according to SLAs.
* Lead customer service.
* Manage customer complaints, escalations, and critical situations directly.
* Supervise operations to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
* Manage customer operations.
* Communicate with service providers, such as carriers and warehouse partners, to optimize service levels.
Qualifications
Your profile:
* Academic background: Diploma, Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
* A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service
* Proficiency in English
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Intermediate level
