All-in-one solution app for companies, through which employees can manage a card that allows them to use all employee benefits, including meal vouchers, mobility vouchers, gift vouchers and also their own money.Tasks:Assist customers with any question they might have concerning the App features and use.Provide support for customer questions related to the use of the application, primarily through inbound calls.
                 Answer questions on account creation and balance management.
               Inform customers of all service features.
