What you will do in this role:
Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
Attract potential customers by answering questions about their ongoing requests and suggesting services to meet their needs.
Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.
Your qualifications:
High level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions.
Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
