What you'll do
As a Customer Service for Marketplace, you'll gather important information;
Identify and troubleshoot issues;
Perform triage requests;
Provide communications support between teams and business partners;
Share insights during official meeting check-ins, in order to improve processes.
What you'll need
One to three years' experience in customer service;
Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French;
Fluency in English – B2 level (mandatory);
Passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience;
Exceptional communication skills with grammar and typing accuracy;
Be attentive to customers, recognize their needs and offer them appropriate solutions;
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team;
Great listener and problem solver with analytical skills;
Ability to educate customers on policy and product questions;
Capable of reading developer documentation that might be more technical than a normal support manual;
Basic Excel knowledge.
