Are you a beauty queen/king or a fashionista? Do you always keep up with the latest trends and watch fashion shows from all overthe world? Then you might want to read further!Your responsibilities and impact as a customer service agent will be:Delivering calm and smart decisions in high-pressure situations while paying attention to detail; customers who have queries concerning their shopping cart or experience different issues during their shopping experience request your help over the phone, via e-mail or through chat-roomsSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:You have a native level in Dutch or Flemish and possess agood command of EnglishYou are energetic and innovativeYou are a fast thinker and you work proactivelyMotivation and teamwork are some of your soft skillsYou have a passion for fashion and trends. Also, you are capable of accessorizing and providing styling adviceYou have excellent communication skillsYou have an intercultural mind and willing to work with many other nationalitiesWhat's in it for you?Type of contract: a long-term fixed term contract, renewable every yearWorking hours: full time (40h/week) on rotating shifts (depending on the project)Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/monthExcluding accommodation: 1298€ gross/monthFor international candidates:Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 monthsAirport pick upYearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)Help in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrivalFree Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sport activities and social events organized by the companyReal career opportunities in different career pathsCompensation during training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)Your Future CompanyLocated in Lisbon, you will find the company that takes care of you from your career development, language skills, and accommodation to your social integration.
