Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service for IHG will be: Solving issues during the booking process.
Giving instructions and taking an active role in finding the right booking.
Following up during the vacation, providing good solutions including refunds.
Being responsible for expanding the clients' network.
Managing good and qualified lead generation.
Providing excellent customer support where required.
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role: EU citizenship or valid residency card.
Fluent in French and English.
Looking for a job opportunity abroad.

Excellent communication and listening skills.
What's in it for you? Type of contract: long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year.
Working hours: full time (40h/week) on rotating shifts Mon-Sun 7AM-7PM.
Salary conditions:
Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month.
Excluding accommodation: 1240€ gross/month.
For international candidates:
Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months.
Airport pickup.
Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU).
Help with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc. upon your arrival.
Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company.
