Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be: First point of contact on the phone for hotel guestsProcessing of all written enquiries and requestsAdvising hotel guests via all communication channels used by the brandCarrying out daily arrival and departure checksChecking reservations as well as incoming paymentsWhat's in it for you?
