Your responsibilities and impact working as a Holiday Consultant for Customer Service for Holiday Platform:
-Providing accurate and detailed information about the company's holiday offers.
-Managing and responding to customer requests through phone and email.
-Assisting customers with managing their bookings, queries and requests.
-Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
-Native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English
-A valid Portuguese work permit (required)
-Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
-Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes with a positive mindset
