Customer Service for Global Food Producer in Lisbon, Portugal (German Speaker) If we are honest, who doesn't love really good food? One of the Global Players in this industry is looking for Customer Service Agents to support their team in Lisbon. With more than 600,000 individual farmers and a lot of well-known brands in their range, you will be part of something really big! In this role, you are responsible for:
Offering information, solutions, and advising customers regarding the company's services, over emails and chat.
Contributing to a positive customer experience through responsible treatment of each contact.
Achieving the performance targets defined by the project.
Ensuring and participating in the success of the department.
Guaranteeing client satisfaction and a high level of quality.

You have a native level of German and a fluent level of English – this is a must!

You must hold EU Citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
What's in it for you?
Working hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts from 7 AM – 7 PM.
A package in line with the market: 993€ gross / month x 14 months.
Up to 100€ / month performance bonus.
Meal vouchers of 7.23€ / workday.
Reimbursement of some transportation costs.

If you live outside Portugal: reimbursement (up to 400€) of the initial flight ticket after 6 months within the company.
