Job Description: Helping clients with incoming issues Ensuring high-quality customer service Booking appointments for maintenance Roadside assistance Recording data in the CRM system Giving information about the app, warranty, and purchases Skills, qualifications, and interests: A native level of Dutch and a high level of English (C1) Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create Articulate & communicative Available for 24/7 rotative shifts Being a real team player and committed to your work Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience Having a valid Portuguese work permit or an EU passport (required) What's in it for you?
