TasksYour responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be: Helping clients with incoming issuesEnsuring high-quality customer serviceBooking appointments for maintenanceRoadside assistanceRecording data in the CRM systemGiving information about the app, warranty, and purchasesRequirementsSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role: A native level of Dutch and a high level of English (C1)Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can createArticulate & communicativeAvailable for 24/7 rotative shiftsBeing a real team player and committed to your workLiving in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experienceHaving a valid Portuguese work permit or an EU passport (required)BenefitsWhat's in it for you? Type of contract: a long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year. After 2 years a permanent contractWorking from home is possibleWorking hours: full-time (40h/week)Monday to Sunday, availability to work between 00:00 - 23:59, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational scheduleSalary conditions (*) – 2 options:
Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/monthExcluding accommodation: 1298€ gross/monthFor international candidates:
Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 monthsAirport pick upYearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)Help with paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrivalFree Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the companyReal career opportunities in different career paths (team lead, supervisor etc.). There's a program that lets you grow within the company after 6 months(*) Compensation during the training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)
