Job Description
Customer Service

Responding to Customer Inquiries by email;
Providing Customer Support by helping customers place orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise;
Resolving Customer Issues: ability to assess the situation, identify the root cause of the problem, and develop a solution that meets the customer's needs;
Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, support requests, and issue resolutions.

Profile

Minimum 2 years' experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Problem-Solving skills
Multi-Tasking abilities
Attention to detail
Team Player
Good command of computer tools
Proficiency in English
