.What you can expectAre you passionate about Customer Service and also have experience in Pricing?We are looking for our new Customer Service Data & Price Update Manager to join our team in the French market!If you feel like this is up your speed, then you may be the person we are looking for!The contract will be signed directly with the client.Our clientOur client is a medical technology company that makes groundbreaking products, software, and solutions that enable healthcare providers to help their patients achieve extraordinary results.What you'll doHandles customer data base updates such as customer master data and pricelist maintenance; Guarantee the accuracy of pricing data in ERP, targeting to eliminate pricing errors and ensure accurate communication to customers/clients; Responsible for documenting and maintaining pricing processes; Responsible for thereview and administration of price deviations and exceptions; Respond to pricing queries escalated from sales and other employees as needed; Effect promotional pricing in designated product categories and territories; Ensure that prices and specific programs conform to the organization's pricing strategy; Provide support forsystem upgrades and implementations related to pricing; Administer and upload exceptions for customers price list from customers; Undertake ad-hoc pricing analysis as required by superiors.What you'll needTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with high accuracy.
