About the role As a Customer Service Associate, you will be in the front desk, supporting doctors in their medical appointments and using the platform, answering customer questions and responding to complaints. As a Customer Service Associate, you will:
Booking home consultations, ensuring efficiency Handling emails and calls related to home consultations Registration and management of appointment requests Controlling and monitoring of home consultations activity in real time Coordinating with the triage team and doctors Passing on feedback to other teams Ensuring a positive experience to doctors, customers and partners About you To be considered for this role, here are the skills we're looking for: You have previously worked in customer service; Graduation Degree; Computer skills and good ability to use different tools simultaneously; Good communication and argumentation skills; Team spirit; Time flexibility, namely for shifts (24h); Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally to all levels in business. Nice to have: Immediate availability to start functions; Experience in the context of health care; Have previous experience in working with healthcare and insurance providers.
