Customer Service Assistant - Marketing Specialist (M/F)

Job Responsibilities Creation and Management of Newsletters
Customer Service : Respond to customer emails and phone calls, providing information and support as needed. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to ensure quality service and efficient follow-up.
Onboarding New Clients : Collaborate with the team to develop materials and strategies that aid in customer retention and engagement.
Administrative and Operational Support : Manage the contact database and segment lists for email campaigns. Assist in organizing events, promotions, or other marketing initiatives as needed.
Marketing Team Support : Collaborate with the marketing team in implementing campaigns and strategies. Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve campaigns and communication strategies.
Data Analysis : Track and compile data related to email campaigns and newsletter performance. Assist in generating reports and interpreting metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Content Maintenance and Information Updates : Help update information on the company website and other digital platforms. Ensure that published content is always up-to-date and relevant.
