Responsibilities: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.Respond promptly to customer inquiries.Communicate with customers by calls, tickets, emails, or messages.Know the product/service well.Process customer requests and complaints.Track, document, and retrieve information in the call tracking database.Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.Minimum Requirements: Proficient or bilingual level of Finnish, Norwegian, or Dutch, and advanced level of English.6 months – 1 year of customer service experience.Call center experience.Living in or willing to relocate to Portugal.Flexibility in terms of shifts.Effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customer's needs.Strong computer navigation skills.Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
