Monday To Friday:

07:00 AM - 05:30 PM (Rotational shifts)
2 days off: Saturday and Sunday

Advise healthcare professionals and accompany them by telephone in their use of the software, both by answering incoming requests and by calling them proactively; Train them in the use of our services by phone; Ensure the quick and efficient processing of requests received by email; Advise and answer client questions about the product; Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Profile:French C2
English B2
Experience in Customer Support (preferable)
