What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Manage incoming phone calls
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools
Follow clients' communication procedures and guidelines
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Our Agents should be genuinely excitedto help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionatelycommunicative. They should understand the value of good communication skills
