Customers are from all over the world, so in order to be successful in this role you must be fluent in English, but also understand basic German. What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Manage incoming phone calls Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools Follow clients' communication procedures and guidelines Take the extra mile to engage customers Our Agents should be genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They should understand the value of good communication skills Problem-solve Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you have: Fluent, verbal and written skills in English (C1); Basic German (A2); Excellent communication skills; Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening; Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
