Customer Service Advisor (M,F) German: Cruise Line

Start: 18th November,  9th DecemberShifts:Monday to Sunday - Rotative shifts within the schedule below:Monday to Friday: 08:00h - 18:00hSaturday and Sunday 08:00h - 17:00h (occasionally you must have availability from 08:00h - 19:00h)Tasks:Inbound callsSell cruises packagesCross-Sell or Upsell cruises packages and associated productsCustomer support for post-booking and booking managementSupport travel agents with bookings and booking managementSupport customer with information about a range of questions like destination, boats, documentations, prices etc.Profile:German C2  and  / English B2Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable).Previous experience in sales, tourism and/or travel agencies is a plus.Have proved digital skills and diligent worker.Have high attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.Have the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.Being skilled in multi-tasking is essential.Benefits:Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance*Possibility of a sales bonus up to 120.00€Life InsuranceMeal allowance + Transport allowancePrivate health insuranceReimbursement of Airfare on the 6th month of Contract up to 400€ in Economy classAccomodation for the first year:Apartment Room with rent of 280€ for 12 months (discounted directly from the payslip)
