Position: Customer Service Advisor Location: Porto, Portugal Work model: On-site Employment type: permanent contract DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer support to Italian-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service Actively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in Italian both verbal and written (C2 level).
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) Ability to listen actively, identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customers Ability to take stressful situations well Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable) Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet or computer is easy for you) Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for you Curious and persistent in solving issues Organized and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations OFFER: Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 19:00 with the possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreement Workload: 40h/week (full time) A dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphere Food vouchers Guidance and tools to reach your full potential Training Conditions Duration: 30 calendar days - Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00 Relocation support
