What you will enjoy doing
You will provide support via phone/chat/email from existing and new/potential customers by solving customer simple queries that impact the performance of the business
Guide the customers through the Webshop
Transfer queries to the corresponding department
Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained is part of your job
Further you will ensure the maintenance of Master Data Management, Contract Management and Pricing Master
In addition, you will manage requests through existing channels to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests in the different areas of the business (sales, receivables, delivery, etc.)
You willactively participate in digitalization and contribute to the digitaltransformation of our company
What makes you great
Strong experience in daily telephone and email communication with customers (handling requests, complaints, etc.) is required
Excellent communication skills, conflict resolution orientation and stress resistance
Fluency in Portuguese as a native language, English is a plus
High school education is required for this position
You are also proactive, focused on responding quickly to customer needs
Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP would be an asset
Proactive, focused on responding quickly to action items
You have a strong commitment to teamwork,, highly goal and objective oriented, as well as a, strong customer focus and dedication to customer service
You have analytical and negotiation skills
You are able to collect, interpretand use data effectively, driving digital transformation

This role is a part/full time position based on an limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 09:00 hrs till 18:00 hrs.
