Customer Service Advisor (French Speaker) Remote

Location: Oriente, Lisbon (Remote from Coimbra to Algarve)

Languages: French (Native), English (B2)

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Shifts: 8 hours per day with a 1-hour lunch break
Days: 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday
Hours: 08:00 to 21:00 (flexible within this timeframe)
Days Off: 2 days off per week

Salary Package:

Base Salary: 895 EUR per month for 14 months,12 530EUR per year
Meal Allowance: 7.23EUR per day (net), 1908,72EUR per year
Performance Bonus: 100 EUR per 12 months, 1200EUR per year
Health Insurance: Provided after 6 months

Profile - Nice to Have:

Experience in customer support (preferably inbound calls, chat, and emails)

Tasks:

Act as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for viewers, ensuring excellent customer service.
Assist viewers via phone, chat, and email, addressing inquiries and providing support for software functionality, account management, and application queries.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings.
Deliver accurate and timely responses to viewer inquiries, maintaining detailed records of interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
