What you will enjoy doing
You will provide assistance via phone/mail/email/chat from customer simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business.
Guide the customers through the Webshop is part of your role.
Further, you will be ensuring that the data received from the customer is accurately and timely maintained.
Transfer queries to the corresponding department.
What makes you great
You have a High School Degree.
You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers daily.
You speak at C2 level of French and B2 level of English.
Additionally, you are pro-active, focused on responding promptly to actions.
SAP and Office Tools Basic Knowledge is preferred.
Able to work in a results-oriented team is required in this role.
You are ready to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project.
You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.

What we offer you!
This role is a full-time position based on a limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 hrs till 16:00 hrs.
