Location: Oriente, Lisbon
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday (including bank holidays)Rotational shifts between 07:00 AM and 07:00 PMWeekends off
Salary & Benefits:
Base Salary: 12 530EUR per annumPerformance Bonus: 1200 EUR per annumMeal Allowance: 1909,72EUR per annumHealth Insurance: After 6 months of employmentRelocation Package:Flight ticket reimbursement after 6 monthsApartment room with a rent of 280 EUR/month, directly discounted from the payslip (for 12 months)
Profile Requirements:
Language Skills: French native speaker and English at a B2 levelExperience: Prior customer service experience is preferred, particularly in handling technical inquiries through voice, email, or chat channelsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentTeam-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers
Responsibilities:Join our dynamic team working with a global leader in lighting solutions for professionals, consumers, and the Internet of Things. You'll help improve lives by delivering energy-efficient lighting systems that enhance safety, productivity, and urban living.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting users with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support for lighting productsHandling technical customer interactions through phone, email, chat, and social messaging platformsProviding clear, practical information within established guidelines and addressing customer queries regarding products and servicesDocumenting and managing customer requests while escalating issues to higher support tiers when neededCollaborating with other technicians to resolve or close help ticketsManaging your own ticket queue and following management directions, providing feedback as needed
Work Environment:
On-site position at our Lisbon offices (Oriente area)
