If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative in Porto, Portugal (On-Site) , you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence.

What you will do in this role

Receiving inbound calls from customers contacting us about their contract.

Communicating with existing customers and internal customers (other departments).

Answering customer queries and arranging services for customers.

Entering and updating customer information in the internal database.

Analysing customer behaviour and tailoring services to suit customer needs.

Handling customer complaints effectively and taking ownership.

Developing retention strategies based on customer feedback.

Negotiating with customers to renew contracts and retain business.

Having regular coaching sessions with Team Manager and Quality Coaches to propose customer retention solutions.

Documenting customer notes and actions taken on each call.

Building positive relationships with customers, team leaders, and OPS.

Demonstrating success in surpassing targets, KPIs, and objectives.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

Have an advanced level of English (C1).

Prior Customer Service Experience (minimum 6 months).

Have a high curiosity about the cryptocurrency market.

Can effectively communicate, both written and verbally.

Are skilled in multi-tasking & working under pressure.

Are a fast learner and diligent worker.
