Position: Customer Service Advisor (Italian)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer support to Italian-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing
REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent in Italian both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)Ability to listen actively, identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity and solve issues in the first contact with customersAbility to take stressful situations wellPrevious Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet or computer is easy for you)Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for youCurious and persistent in solving issuesOrganised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations OFFER: Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 19:00 with the possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreementWorkload: 40h/week (full time)A dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphereFood vouchersGuidance and tools to reach your full potential Training Conditions Duration: 30 calendar days
