YOUR ROLE Local Control Tower, in Setubal (Portugal). WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO Onboarding coordination: Once a new client is nominated to be onboarded, the LCT agent is the key coordinator within all the stakeholders since the customer award to the Go live. Forecasts: The LCT agent is responsible for gathering all data related with capacity & commitment and consolidate it in the timeline & template the client is requiring. Follow-up of Orders/Spot-buys management: LCT is required in escalation level 2 for spot buys or in whatever operation for a key client for which a special follow up is required by Top Management. Order fulfilment/Service execution monitoring/Solving: checking that execution is fulfilled according to orders. Contract management: LCT is in charge of ensuring agreed conditions under SLA could be covered also in charge of producing KPI's in accordance with client or internal requirement. FAP/Invoicing's dashboard/reports, be the link between invoicing team & accounting to ensure activity is being handled in the most profitable way for both parties. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Knowledge/Education in Data Analysis. 2 years of experience in Control Tower/Customer Care. High level of Excel and Knowledge of Power BI. High level of English and Portuguese. Availability to travel to Spain occasionally. Balanced mindset between strategy & execution. Experienced in coordinating teams. Logistic sector/processes knowledge. Proven communication and negotiation skills. Rigorous, self-control, customer-oriented, solution-oriented. WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER? Permanent contract. Full-time job.
