The successful Customer Sales Assistant is a flexible, proactive, and knowledgeable host, who is always available to support customers and partners. They utilize their best skills and in-depth understanding of the company's products and benefits, identifying behaviour-influencing motivations to overcome obstacles and effectively upsell all the company's products to end customers and commercial partners.Given the nature of the position and the company's operating industry (tourism), the amount of work varies considerably with seasonality. This includes the responsibility of being available for the company to the customer until later hours, in line with the company's expectations for customer service. During lower seasons, the assistant is expected to proactively use the company's resources to find customers to sell, cross-sell, and upsell the company's products to help fill empty seats.Responsibilities – essentially, not exclusive to:Supporting any incoming customer and partner booking inquiries through Email, Phone, Live Chat, and in-person; Assisting customersand agents with bookings and payment; Upselling and cross-selling similar products to customer and agent bookings; Contacting outboundcustomers that did not complete their bookings; Contacting outboundlocal service providers to help fill empty seats; Assisting in designated tasks, supporting regular operations.Requirements:Schedule flexibility to work partially from home until later hours; Good written and spoken English and Portuguese; a third language is a plus; EU Driver's license;Attention to detail.Other Job Details:Workplace at the Marina of Vila Franca do Campo; Work schedule according to availability and the company's expectations of maintaining booking support services to customers.Job Type: Full-timePay: From 845.00€ per monthLanguage:English (Required)Expected Start Date: 10/10/2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
