What You Will Do in This Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e-mail in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding their orders and attending potential requests.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Your Qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
Have a high level of Swiss-German (written and oral) C1 and a good level of English.
Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit.
Have previous experience in customer service.
Are analytical by nature and able to anticipate problems and find solutions.
