If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative in Porto, Portugal (On-Site) you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations, fulfilling client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement. Our client specializes in mobile payments and supporting small and medium businesses.
What you will do in this role
Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries in Italian.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware (e.g., card readers) and software issues.
Guide customers through the setup and usage of mPOS systems.
Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers' inquiries.
Contribute to creating brand engagement for our clients.
Your qualifications
High level of Spanish (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
Familiarity/aptitude with smart electronic devices.
Proficient PC skills.
Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms).
Ability to operate in high-pressure situations.
