If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site) you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations. You will fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.
What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Receive telephone calls or chats from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy.Process requests via a transaction in our client policy administration system, and/or by writing and sending replies to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc., to the insured.Perform indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool.Handle claims and cancel requests.Concentrix is a great match if you: Have a high level of Spanish (C2) and fluent in English (B2).Have previous customer experience (a plus).Have excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance.Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.What's in it for you In this role, we offer benefits that help you support your unique lifestyle:
