You will fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement. What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Receive telephone calls or chats from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy. Process requests via a transaction in our client policy administration system, and/or by writing and sending replies to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc., to the insured. Perform indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool. Handle claims and cancel requests. Concentrix is a great match if you: Have a high level of Spanish (C2) and fluent in English (B2). Have previous customer experience (a plus). Have excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance. Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.
