What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries.
Provide account and application support to viewers concerning software functionality.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings.
Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers' inquiries, contributing to creating brand engagement for our Clients.
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
Have a high level of Portuguese (written and oral); knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
Have familiarity/aptitude with smart electronic devices concerning audio video and home appliances.
Have proficient PC skills.
Have excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms).
Have the ability to operate in high-pressure situations.
