What you will do in this role
As a Customer Advisor, you will:
Assist customers with their last-minute bookings mainly through live chat
Use your creativity and intuition to help undecided customers choose from the range of hotels in the Americas, Europe, and Australia
Provide excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a very positive, polite, and diplomatic way
Handle inquiries and provide timely responses and manage requests
Ensure that the degree of satisfaction meets the customer and company needs
Contribute to creating brand engagement for our client
Your qualifications

Have a high level of Italian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
Have excellent writing and communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
Love to identify the customers' needs and propose fast solutions
Are proactive, results-driven, self-motivated, and a great team player
Have availability to work night shifts
