What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Develop a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical app's features, functionalities, and capabilities Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to clients using the pharmaceutical app.
Collaborate with the sales team to support customer engagements Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Have a high level of German (written and oral) C1 Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit Are familiar with Backoffice tasks Have a positive attitude and a desire to provide good service You're analytical by nature and able to anticipate problems and find solutions If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
