Requirements
Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)Have experience in customer service, tech support, or a similar roleHave strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAre tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and toolsHave excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with usersHaving experience with website builders or content management systems is a plusIf you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
