Job Description The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Demonstrate ownership of user issues/concerns until resolution or escalation.Compose empathetic and customized messages when in contact with the users.Receive telephone calls or chat from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy.Process requests via a transaction in our client policy administration system, and/or by writing and sending replies to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc., to the insured.Investigate, identify, and escalate issues appropriately, by prioritizing urgent and sensitive matters.Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
