What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Contact third parties abroad by telephone and/or e-mail in order to verify their payment information. Manage incoming calls and emails. Treat all data with extreme confidentiality. Meet and exceed contractual goals. Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2).
