What you will do in this role
As a Customer Representative and Sales, you will:
Sell cruises packages
Cross-Sell or Upsell cruises packages and associated products
Provide customer support for post-booking and booking management
Support travel agents with bookings and booking management
Assist customers with information about a range of questions like destination, boats, documentation, prices, etc.
Your qualifications

Have proven computer skills and are a diligent worker

Can effectively communicate, both written and verbally
