You will fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement. Furthermore, you'll play an active role in ensuring client guidelines, promoting, and participating in service improvements provided to all users.

What you will do in this role
As a Customer Representative and Sales, you will:
Sell cruise packages
Cross-sell or upsell cruise packages and associated products
Provide customer support for post-booking and booking management
Support travel agents with bookings and booking management
Assist customers with information about destinations, boats, documentation, prices, etc.
Your qualifications

Are fluent in verbal and written German (C1)
Have an advanced level of English (B2)
Have proven computer skills and are a diligent worker
Possess high attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Can effectively communicate, both written and verbally
