What You'll Do:

Assist with inquiries related to memberships, product information, and service updates.
Ensure a high-quality experience for every customer interaction, focusing on detail and precision.
What We're Looking For:
Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) and intermediate English.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and solve problems creatively.
Familiarity with CRM tools and standard office software.
Availability for rotating shifts.
