We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced individuals who are passionate about helping others and are capable of communicating effectively in multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and service requests.
Understand and address customer needs promptly and efficiently.
Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our systems.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about product updates and company initiatives to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: Proven experience in a customer support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in at least one European language in addition to English.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency with customer support software and tools.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
