Your mission :

As the main point of contact, you are responsible for ensuring outstanding product implementation for our customers

As a consultant and contact person, you build relationships with users and decision-makers and ensure the necessary change management for the successful use of Agicap

As a product expert, you lead product training with new customers and determine the ideal setup based on our customers' goals

As the voice of the customer, you contribute to the further development of our product by sharing customer feedback with the product team

Contribute to Agicap's growth by actively identifying upsell opportunities with customers and working with the sales team to close them

What we are looking for :

You have successfully completed your studies in the form of a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in business administration, economics, international business or a related field

You have at least 2 years of professional experience in account management, customer success, consulting, IT project management or another role with customer contact. This can also be in the form of internships or working student jobs

Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in a very agile working environment

You are characterized by a hands-on mentality, a structured way of working and an empathetic personality

German at C2 level and business fluent English round off your profile

HOW DO YOU BECOME PART OF THE TEAM?
Our interview process takes an average of 2 weeks and generally consists of:

First meeting with the Talent Acquisition team

A role play or case study with the respective department

Final round with management (and sometimes C-level decision-maker)
