Funções a Desempenhar As a Customer Management Trainee, you will join our Sales & Marketing Operations, Processes & Tools, supporting the Customer Management team on their daily tasks.
Based in Porto, you will get to work with colleagues from around the world.
In your new role, you will:- Support daily Customer Master Data (CMD) & Customer Portfolio operational tasks/requests;- Ease any data cleansing work and data compilation;- Check on daily new records from different sources – SAP CRM, SAP-PIF & CMD Hub;- Support data quality maintenance on a weekly basis;- Support in the implementation of projects with a global impact on the organization.
Requisitos Necessários You have great communication skills, and your team player mindset allows you to quickly establish successful cooperation with others.
You thrive in an international environment and want to work towards excellence in order to generate value with your efforts.
You are best equipped for this position if you:- Have a degree in Economics, Management, International Business, or an equivalent field;- Have good knowledge of MS Office tools, such as Excel.
Knowledge of SAP would be a plus;- Are a fast learner and eager to develop new skills and knowledge;- Have a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times;- Are data driven and have a high data quality mindset;- Have an advanced level of English.
