As a Customer Financial Services Representative, you will be a member of the European Ship-To-Collect Team, supporting the European organization and our largest customers in all matters related to cash application, invoice disputes, and collections.
We are looking for a CFS Representative with detailed experience in finance collections and invoice disputes. Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgment based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members.
This position will optimize Customer Experience and Bad Debt while playing a role to support FedEx Strategic accounts. As a member of a European team, the candidate must be comfortable with remote teams.

What you will be doing:
Support the European organization and our largest customers in all matters related to cash application, invoice disputes, and collections.
Complete defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards.
Identify anomalies and use judgment based on rules and procedures to resolve them.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
What do you bring with you:
Background in Finance is advantageous;
Experience with Excel (Mandatory);
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English in a business environment setting. Other desired languages are German, French, Italian, Spanish (B2 Level);
Attention to detail;
High degree of customer orientation;
Good problem-solving and analytical skills;
Keen to learn and approach subjects outside of comfort zone and propose suggestions for improvement;
Experience working with third-party auditors/customer portals (Plus);
Experience in an international environment or similar (Plus);
