Customer Experience Trainer - Cosmetics Brand - Lisboa

From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialized in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a Customer Experience Trainer for one of our clients, an international Cosmetics brand. The position is based in Lisbon. In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with different brands in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Berlin, Braga and Amsterdam. JOB DESCRIPTION OF THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TRAINER: The Customer Experience Trainer is an important ambassador for our brand, training our sales teams to provide an excellent customer experience and achieve the commercial results defined by the company (knowledge, manufacturing techniques and sales techniques). Main Responsibilities: Developing training content relating to knowledge of the composition of our products, their application and respective Make-Up techniques, in order to develop the knowledge of the teams. Conducting active training aimed at developing sales and customer service skills. Holding training sessions on new product launches and collections, following the guidelines. Ensuring regular feedback on training, knowledge and technical skills established in different stores. Requirements: At least 2 years' experience of managing and developing teams in the Retail area, with the main focus on sales KPIs. Experience of training teams. Good communication and customer service skills. Preferably living in or around Lisbon and with a driving license. Willing to travel nationally and/or internationally. Experience and/or training in the beauty, make-up or cosmetics sector. English level B2 or higher (required). Experience as a make-up artist would be an asset.
