Opportunity to join an impactful organisationExtensive range of benefitsAbout Our ClientOur client is an international organization committed to defending and ensuring the fundamental rights of young people, working to guarantee their access to essential services, protection from vulnerability, and development opportunities in different parts of the world.Job DescriptionDevelop and Optimize Donor Journeys: Manage and enhance the experience for regular, one-off, and legacy donors, while contributing to content design and creation.Strategic Communication and Engagement: Lead communication efforts across various channels, tailoring strategies for different donor segments, and improving warm appeals and donor events.Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on key performance indicators, monitor retention programs and campaigns, and use data analysis to drive continuous improvements.Customer Loyalty Programs: Design and implement creative loyalty programs to boost donor engagement and satisfaction.Segmentation and Targeting: Apply advanced segmentation techniques to customize communication and engagement strategies for specific donor groups.Collaboration and Innovation: Promote consistency across teams, participate in benchmarking activities, and represent the organization at national and international forums.CRM System Management: Oversee the CRM system, ensuring accurate donor data, smooth operations, and optimal use of CRM tools for enhanced donor management.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.Five years of experience in customer experience management, loyalty and retention, preferably with a focus on donor engagement.Strong skills in segmentation, data analysis, and dashboard creation.Proficiency in CRM systems, with experience in Salesforce being highly desirable.High-level copywriting and editing skills.Excellent organizational and planning skills.Strong customer service orientation and a collaborative work style.Proficiency in English and Portuguese, both written and oral.Advanced computer skills, including MS Office applications.What's on OfferIf you're an innovative professional dedicated to making a positive difference around the world, this position could be a great fit for you.Contact: Margarida CostaQuote job ref: JN-092024-6531101
