Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 21:30 (Rotational Shifts)
Saturday: 09:00 - 20:00 (Rotational Shifts)
Sunday: 10:00 - 19:00
Days Off:2 rotational days, with Sunday guaranteed as one of the days.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary:830/month (paid over 14 months)
Meal Allowance (Net):7.23/day (1,908.72 annually)
Transport Allowance:20/month (240 annually)
Braga Bonus:20 gross/month (240 annually)
Performance Bonus:170/month (2,040 annually)
Annual Gross Total:14,008.72
Health Insurance:Coverage from day 1 (free after 6 months of employment).

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries professionally through inbound calls, offering tailored solutions with enthusiasm.
Provide in-depth information about products and services, and proactively close sales during interactions.
Assist with delivery-related concerns, such as tracking orders, resolving issues, and verifying stock availability.
Troubleshoot account management and software-related challenges.
Deliver accurate and timely responses to all customer queries.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.
